Baltimore officials announce indictment of 11 defendants in drug traffic ring


Eleven suspects were charged with various counts of narcotics trafficking and firearms, according to the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office. At a news conference on January 15, 2026, State's Attorney Ivan Bates presented the specifics of the drug trafficking takedown alongside U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland Kelly O. Hayes, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Baltimore Field Office Jimmy Paul, and other municipal authorities.
