Maryland Governor announces 5 steps to support federal workers admidst Reump Administration Lay Offs


Governor Wes Moore announced five steps to safeguard Maryland's economy, communities, and public employees affected by federal funding changes, workforce reductions, and terminations. According to the governor, the state is making it a priority to expand its online resources, link federal employees to educational opportunities, collaborate with local leaders to make sure resources are available where people are, hire federal employees for open state positions, and modernize hiring procedures to speed up the hiring process.

They kicked off the start of the 2024 NFL season when they played the Superbowl champion Kansas City Chiefs on a Thursday night. The Ravens then defeated the so called "America's team" the Dallas Cowboys on a Sunday night. Tonight the Baltimore Ravens will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football. The NFL knows what is good for keeping those ratings up!
