11 people overdose in Baltimore's Penn North neighborhood


On Wednesday morning, eleven individuals overdosed in the Penn North neighborhood of Baltimore. Just after 11:30 a.m. on October 8, according to the police, the event happened at the junction of Pennsylvania Avenue and West North Avenue.
