Baltimore Police identify body found in harbor water as missing Baltimore man


The individual discovered in the water on Tuesday was identified by Baltimore City police as missing person Branson Oduor. After getting drinks in Fells Point with a buddy, Oduor was reported missing on April 3, according to authorities. The corpse of a man was found in the water in the 500 block of East Pratt Street, according to the Baltimore City Police Department. There is now little information available because the call was received at roughly 8 a.m.
