Woman rescues 8 year old boy who fell into Baltimore Inner Harbor

Image
This week, a calm Mother's Day evening at Baltimore's Inner Harbor almost descended into tragedy. On Sunday, May 10, 2026, at around 6:30 PM, an 8-year-old child was riding his bicycle when he veered and fell into the murky, deep Baltimore Inner Harbor water close to the Maryland Science Center. One local woman became an instant hero while others stared in shock. Even though this incident had a happy ending, it has rekindled a heated discussion about safety at Baltimore's most well-known tourist destination. This occurrence comes after a number of previous harbor disasters and near-misses. Baltimore area residents are calling for more safety features such as more guardrails, improved ligting at night, and Faster access to life rings and more emergency ladders.

Introducing the Baltimore Ravens 2026 NFL Draft Class | The Fab 11

Image
Attention Baltimore Ravensfans, get on your ready because Eric DeCosta just completeted the selection of 11 talented rookies in the 2026 NFL Draft! The Ravens walked away with a massive 11-player haul that balances immediate needs with high-upside talent. He started things off by snatching up the ultimate "mauler" in Penn State guard Vega Ioane at No. 14, providing Lamar Jackson with a Day 1 starter on the interior. The excitement didn't stop there; in the second round, we bolstered the pass rush with Missouri’s Zion Young, a physical tone-setter who was born to wear purple and black. Seeing him fired up after the call? That’s the "Play Like a Raven" mentality we live for! The depth of this class is where things get truly scary for the rest of the AFC North. We loaded up on weapons for Lamar, snagging a red-zone nightmare in USC’s 6’4” wideout Ja’Kobi Lane and the nation’s touchdown leader, Elijah Sarratt from Indiana. DeCosta even kept the special teams leg...

WNBA Star and Baltimore Area Native Angel Reese Gets Traded to the Atlanta Dream

Image
The Chicago Sky have finally struck the "reset" button by sending double-double machine Angel Reese to the Atlanta Dream in a move that shocked the league and made the Windy City seem much less breezy. Chicago's most captivating player and the league's current comeback queen are being traded for a ton of draft capital, including first-round selections in 2027 and 2028. This is more than just a roster reorganization. Even though Sky management may be using a "draft-and-develop" approach as a long-term strategy, the current situation is devastating to a fan base that has just witnessed their star player go. The Dream, meantime, are obviously sick of losing; by combining Rhyne Howard's scoring ability with Reese's unwavering drive, Atlanta has created a championship-caliber core right away. It's an enormous risk: Atlanta recently acquired the "ATL Barbie" to guarantee their present is covered in gold, while Chicago is placing a wager on...

Here's Some Advice for the Raiders from Baltimore After Maxx Cosby Trade Got Denied

Image
The Maxx Crosby trade between the Baltimore Ravens and the Las Vegas Raiders that got cancelled is one of the biggest topics in the news this week. Many people seem to be upset with the Ravens for backing out of the trade deal which is just totally ridiculous. Nobody is talking about how the Raiders went after our center (Tyler Linderbaum) who they knew we were trying to re-sign and overpaid him with a truck load of money during the process. Raiders started the war by snatching our center first. So here's my advice for the Raiders and Raiders Nation, stop crying. Next time you want the Ravens to take a player with a bum knee who wants out, don't try to steal our star center. We were going to do your scrubby team a favor by giving you 2 first round picks for a player who is coming off a serious injury. What did you do? You stole our center. The deal is off so get over it. I like Maxx Crosby but it's hard to pay top dollar for a bum knee. #Ravens by u/ccperry ...

Baltimore Ravens Look to MAXXimize the Defense in 2026

Image
The Baltimore Ravens defense underwent an abrupt shift with the spectacular acquisition of Maxx Crosby from the Las Vegas Raiders, adding top pass-rushing skill to a club that had desperately needed more pressure in previous seasons. Crosby, a five-time Pro Bowler known for his unrelenting motor, addresses Baltimore's obvious weakness after recording just 30 sacks the previous season by providing consistent double-digit sack productivity, durability, and the ability be disruptive quarterbacks one-on-one. The front seven as a whole improves when Crosby is paired with current stars like Roquan Smith, Kyle Hamilton, and a strong secondary. This increases the likelihood of negative plays, forced turnovers, and third-down stops. By making rival teams much less comfortable in the pocket and increasing overall defensive efficiency in the cutthroat AFC North, this decision demonstrates the Ravens' dedication to reverting to their defensive identity under new leadership. Maxx Cros...

Former Ravens DC Mike Macdonald Leads Seattle Seahawks to a Superbowl Trophy in 2nd Year as Head Coach!

Image
Mike Macdonald is obviously an incredible football coach. In my opinion, he should have won the Coach of the Year award. In just his 2nd year as head coach of the Seattle Seahawks, he has led them to a Superbowl victory. He was an awesome defensive coordinator when he was with the Baltimore Ravens back when the Ravens had the best record in the NFL and made it to the AFC Championship game. Under his leadership, the Seahawks had an incredible defense and defeated the New England Patriots to win the Superbowl today 29 to 13. [Click here for Superbowl Memorabilia]

John Harbaugh Seeks a Pay Raise After Being Fired by Baltimore Ravens

Image
Veteran NFL head coach John Harbaugh is reportedly setting himself up for a lucrative return to the sidelines after being abruptly fired from the Baltimore Ravens after 18 seasons. He is reportedly demanding a staggering $20 million annual salary as part of his demands for any new coaching role, which is a startling turn of events. According to sources, Harbaugh, who guided the Ravens to a Super Bowl victory in 2013 and amassed an outstanding 172-108 regular-season record, is not only looking for top-tier pay but also substantial control over team operations, including complete control over roster decisions and a $10 million budget for his coaching staff. Despite the Ravens' recent postseason loss that led to his dismissal, a number of organizations, including the New York Giants, Atlanta Falcons, and Cleveland Browns, are interested in taking advantage of his track record. Harbaugh's demands, which might establish a new standard if fulfilled, are a reflection of the league...

Bisciotti Had Enough: End of John Harbaugh Era in Baltimore

Image
Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti made the shocking announcement that he had fired head coach John Harbaugh after 18 seasons, ending one of the NFL's longest coaching tenures. The decision was made just two days after the Ravens' devastating 26-24 loss to the rival Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 18, in which rookie kicker Tyler Loop missed a last-second field goal, eliminating Baltimore from playoff contention and giving Pittsburgh the AFC North championship. Despite being a contender going into the season due to injuries and a 1-5 start, the club finished with an 8-9 record—one of just three losing seasons under Harbaugh—falling short of Super Bowl predictions. Bisciotti praised Harbaugh's Hall of Fame-worthy career, which included a Super Bowl XLVII victory in 2012, six division crowns, and a franchise-record 180 regular-season victories, calling the decision "incredibly difficult." Although Harbaugh, who has the second-longest tenure in the league after M...

Baltimore Ravens Fans Remain Optimistic for Success in 2026

Image
[Click here for Baltimore Ravens fan gear] Baltimore Ravens fans are buzzing with renewed optimism after a frustrating year that saw the team finish around .500, plagued by injuries to star quarterback Lamar Jackson and defensive struggles that kept them on the playoff bubble until the final weeks. The fans in Purple and Black are looking forward to a bounce-back season in 2026 because Jackson is expected to return healthy, Derrick Henry is still driving the run game, and General Manager Eric DeCosta may be able to strengthen the offensive line, pass rush, or secondary with a higher draft pick. While the intense AFC North rivalry feeds hopes of division supremacy and a deep playoff run, extensions for important players like Mark Andrews suggest stability. Many in Ravens Nation remain hopeful that 2026 could finally bring that elusive first Super Bowl title in the Lamar era.

Baltimore Ravens Will Play for AFC North Title Thanks to Browns

Image
Thanks you Cleveland Browns! On Sunday, the Cleveland Browns defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 13-6 at Huntington Bank Field in a grim, low-scoring game that turned the AFC North race into a thrilling winner-take-all contest and significantly boosted the Baltimore Ravens' dwindling postseason aspirations. The Browns' strong defense kept the Steelers scoreless in the second half and without a touchdown throughout the game, denying Pittsburgh a chance to lock up the AFC North and setting up a high-stakes Week 18 matchup in Pittsburgh where the winner takes home the division title and a postseason berth. The Ravens needed help to survive after their own dominant 41-24 victory over the Green Bay Packers the night before, driven by Derrick Henry's historic performance. In addition to keeping Baltimore's season alive, this Browns spoiler victory demonstrated the erratic nature of divisional rivalries and gave the Ravens control over their fate going into the regular-season...

The Baltimore Ravens Shutout the Bengals and Knock them Out of Playoff Contention

Image
The Baltimore Ravens defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 24-0 in a commanding display on a cold afternoon in Paycor Stadium, officially removing their AFC North rivals from playoff contention and ensuring that Cincinnati will miss the postseason for the third consecutive year. With Derrick Henry rushing for 100 yards on just 11 runs and Lamar Jackson throwing two touchdown passes to rookies Rasheen Ali and Zay Flowers, Baltimore finished 7-7 and maintained their own aspirations of winning the division. Joe Burrow threw two interceptions, one of which was returned for a magnificent 95-yard pick-six relay by Kyle Van Noy and Alohi Gilman that iced the game. The Bengals, at 4-10, made several drives into Ravens territory but came away empty each time. A few weeks after Cincinnati shocked Baltimore 32-14 on Thanksgiving, the Ravens' defense pulled off a brilliant shutout, the Bengals' first at home since 2017, eliminating any hopes of a postseason run for the once-contending team. ...

The Baltimore Ravens Were Robbed by Referees - The Refs Belong in Jail

Image
The controversial Isaiah Likely call this past Sunday vs Steelers was one of the worst calls in NFL history. The referress involved should be thrown in jail for robbery! They reversed a touchdown call on the field and took six points off the board. The bad call cost the Baltimore Ravens 1st place in the AFC North. Since when do players need 3 feet down in the end zone? It doesn't make any sense at all and takes away from the integrity of the game. Robbed by Refs? The Mediocre Bowl: Ravens vs Steelers

Image
On December 7, 2025, the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers square off in a classic AFC North grudge match that feels more like a joke than a battle, pitting two mediocre teams against one another in a last-ditch effort to stay relevant. Both teams enter the match with a 6-6 record, with the Ravens barely holding onto first place in the division following a wild season filled with early setbacks, including a miserable 1-5 start, and intermittent brilliance from Lamar Jackson's cannon arm. Under Mike Tomlin's steady leadership, the Steelers have matched the mediocrity of their competitors with a quarterback carousel led by Aaron Rodgers' inconsistent veteran grit, an offense that sputters like a malfunctioning muffler, and a defense that displays vintage ferocity. Turnovers, field goals, and divisional tiebreakers will determine whether either team escapes the.500 abyss or plunges further into playoff purgatory. This has turned what was once a rivalry defined by S...
